In Starbucks, VivoCity now. Waiting for Guan Ze to arrive before we head for dinner.
Did most of my assignment today, and yeah.. today’s language oral test went rather okay.
I hope I’ll be able to score well for it. Haha..
Ok, and Cheng is sitting next to me, fiddling with his new iPod! I shall not be tempted to buy a new one!!!
By the way, I went to CYC yesterday and I’m more or less decided on what kind of shirt(s) I’d like to have tailored. I’m rather enthusiastic about it, in fact! But it’s still too early to get it done, will prolly go down and get my measurements taken next week.

Today, I made a trip down to the Starhub Customer Service Centre at VivoCity as I wanted to have a switch of subscription plans (for my Starhub TV and MaxOnline services). However, one of the plans must be a new subscription.
So I decided to cancel and re-apply.
It’s a long story, but in short:
- The bills average $90+ per month for Starhub TV + MaxOnline now.
After switching to the new package, the bills will be $59.92 for Starhub TV + MaxOnline + Digital Voice.
The worst thing about Starhub is that they treat their loyal customers like dirt.
But the good thing is that my Starhub TV is not under any contract and my MaxOnline’s contract will expire on the 25th of this month. So, the ball is in my court, obviously. I can cancel all of their services, if I want to.
Frankly speaking, I see no point in paying > $90/month when I can actually sign up for the new promotional package at just $59.92/month!
Nevertheless, I managed to show them who’s da boss, at the counter.
Hah.
Did a switch of ownership (of accounts) in order to be eligible for the new promotional package, but who cares? The billing address is still the same, anyway.
Will be terminating my Starhub TV services tomorrow, and will ensure that the ownership has been transferred by Thursday before I can apply for the new Triple Freedom Pack 1!
